La aplicación ACO Plus es un asistente para médicos que ejercen su labor profesional en España, y cuya finalidad es complementar, sin sustituir, la labor del médico en el diagnóstico y el tratamiento de pacientes con problemas de antiacoagulación oral.

Esta aplicación cuenta con escalas recomendadas por guías internacionales, con la posibilidad de contactar con otros profesionales que les asesoren. Ofrece sugerencias de tratamiento y el acceso a una completa bibliografía de la temática con artículos comentados por el equipo médico que está detrás de ACO Plus.

De esta forma tenemos en un único espacio una herramienta que atiende aspectos formativos, comunicativos y asistenciales en relación con la anticoagulación oral.

.En ACO Plus tenemos cuatro posibles usuarios:

1. Activadores: son los encargados de activar a los usuarios. A través de la plataforma envían un correo a los usuarios con el código de registro.
2. Médicos: usuarios principales de la aplicación. Tendrán acceso a todas las funcionalidades que ACO Plus ofrece una vez reciban el código de registro por parte de los activadores.
3. Enfermeros: los médicos podrán dar acceso a sus enfermeros a la aplicación. Éstos podrán comunicarse con su médico y los pacientes de este.
4. Pacientes: los médicos podrán dar acceso a sus pacientes para hacerles un seguimiento y tener comunicación directa con ellos. Los pacientes podrán comunicarse con su médico y los enfermeros asociados a dicho médico.

El registro de la aplicación es cerrado. Si eres médico y deseas sumarte a ACO Plus envía un correo a acoplus@medicalesp.com. Para registrarse se pedirá: Nombre Completo, correo, Nº de Colegiado y Centro de salud.

Tanto la información incluída en la aplicación como su funcionalidad ha sido revisada en Enero del 2018. Se requiere el uso de datos para poder utilizarla. Los cambios que se realicen de una versión a otra y que impliquen modificaciones relevantes de la forma de funcionamiento de la aplicación o sean esenciales en cuanto a la información de salud, se colocarán en las notas de la versión en los markets, se hará inciso en la descripción de la app y/o -si por su relevancia así lo requiere- se comunicará a todos los usuarios a través del correo electrónico que se ha empleado en el registro.

ACO+ cuenta con el distintivo AppSaludable, la única certificación sobre calidad y seguridad de las Apps de Salud en España y una de las pocas de Europa.

The ACO Plus application is an assistant for doctors who exercise their professional work in Spain, and whose purpose is to complement, without replacing, the work of the doctor in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with oral antiacoagulation problems.

This application has scales recommended by international guides, with the possibility of contacting other professionals who advise them. It offers treatment suggestions and access to a complete bibliography of the subject with articles commented by the medical team that is behind ACO Plus.

Thus, we have a tool in a single space that deals with training, communication and assistance aspects related to oral anticoagulation.

. In ACO Plus we have four possible users:

1. Activators: are responsible for activating users. Through the platform send an email to users with the registration code.
2. Physicians: main users of the application. They will have access to all the features that ACO Plus offers once they receive the registration code from the activators.
3. Nurses: doctors can give their nurses access to the application. They will be able to communicate with their doctor and the patients of this.
4. Patients: doctors will be able to give access to their patients to follow them up and have direct communication with them. Patients will be able to communicate with their doctor and the nurses associated with said doctor.

The registration of the application is closed. If you are a doctor and want to join ACO Plus send an email to acoplus@medicalesp.com. To register you will be asked for: Full Name, email, Collegiate Number and Health Center.

Both the information included in the application and its functionality have been revised in January 2018. It requires the use of data to be able to use it. Changes that are made from one version to another and that imply relevant changes in the way the application works or are essential in terms of health information, will be placed in the notes of the version in the markets, will be made in the description of the app and / or -if its relevance requires it- will be communicated to all users through the email that has been used in the registry.
