La aplicación UrCare nace con el objetivo de apoyar a pacientes y profesionales sanitarios en el seguimiento de la Urticaria Crónica y del Angioedema. Con la ayuda de esta app y de tu médico y mediante el empleo de diferentes instrumentos validados, podrás hacer una valoración del estado de actividad, del impacto en tu calidad de vida y el grado de control de la Urticaria Cronica y del Angioedema . La aplicacción tiene tres tipos de cuestionarios: con el cuestionario UAS podrás registrar la intensidad del picor y el número de ronchas presentes cada día. También podrás anotar tu Angioedema (A) identificando patrones de frecuencia, duración y ubicación. Finalmente con el cuestionario de calidad de vida (DLQI) podrás evaluar objetivamente como te afecta la Urticaria Crónica y el Angioedema. La combinación de estos tres valores, UAS, A, DLQI, te permitirán a ti y a tu médico hacer una valoración integral de tu Urticaria Crónica. Además la aplicación cuenta con la posibilidad de tomar fotografías y notas que podrás compartir con tu medico junto con los resultados de los cuestionarios. Toda esta información facilitará la toma de decisiones a tu médico para el mejor tratamiento y manejo diario de la enfermedad.

The UrCare application created with the aim of supporting patients and healthcare professionals in monitoring the Chronic Urticaria and Angioedema. With the help of this app and your doctor and by using different validated instruments, you can make an assessment of the state of activity, the impact on your quality of life and the degree of control of Chronic Urticaria and Angioedema. The application starts has three types of questionnaires: the UAS questionnaire you can record the intensity of itching and the number of hives in each day. You can also record your Angioedema (A) identifying patterns of frequency, duration and location. Finally with related quality of life (DLQI) you can objectively evaluate how it affects the Chronic Urticaria and Angioedema. The combination of these three values, UAS, A, DLQI, will let you and your doctor make a comprehensive evaluation of your Chronic Urticaria. Also, the application has the ability to take pictures and notes can share with your physician along with the results of the questionnaires. All this information will facilitate decision-making to your doctor for the best treatment and daily management of the disease.
